If Vanta Peptides determines an error occurred on our end, we may, at our sole discretion:

SHIPPING-RELATED ISSUES
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit handling is outside our control.
We are not responsible for:

Stolen packages

Delivery interruptions

Weather delays

Failed delivery attempts
Customers should first contact the shipping carrier regarding transit issues.
We may assist where reasonably possible but do not guarantee reimbursement for carrier-related events.
ADDRESS ERRORS
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For quality control and product integrity reasons, returned product is generally not accepted once shipped.
